(Oshkosh, Wis.) - The Carroll University volleyball team finished 1-3 at the UW-Oshkosh Invitational.
 
The Pioneers lost three consecutive to UW-La Crosse (3-0), Lawrence University (3-1) and Wisconsin Lutheran College (3-1) before leaving the event on a positive note with a 3-1 victory over Concordia (WI) University.
 
Pioneer freshman Kelly Sloyan was named to the event’s All-Tournament Team. Sloyan recorded 41 kills in the four matches, including 11 in the win over Concordia.
 
Carroll returns to action on Monday, Sept. 17 when they visit Edgewood College.
