Tom Torres is in his second year as an assistant soccer coach for the Pioneers, and his first with Carroll's women's program.
Torres brings with him 30 years of soccer coaching experience. He currently coaches the FC Wisconsin Boys ECNL. His other coaching stints include a three-year tenure at USL W-League's Nova FC, three years with St. James FCV, four years with the Washington Spirit, and 10 years with the D.C. United.
A 1996 graduate of Radford University, Torres earned his B.S. in Political Science and American Government after transferring from Virginia Wesleyan College. In his four years of playing college soccer, Torres played both Midfield and as a Defender.
Torres holds a USSF A License and UEFA B License, while also holding Elite Formation Coaching (French FF) and USC Advanced National Diploma.,
A native of Alexandria, Va., Torres attended West Potomac High School. He currently resides in Hartland, Wis. with wife Jennifer and two children, Gabrielle (16) and Sebastian (14).
