Carroll University TE Reed Breckheimer powered the Pioneers to a dominant 47–7 victory over Elmhurst on Saturday at Schneider Stadium with a career-best performance. Breckheimer rushed for 130 yards on 12 carries and scored three touchdowns, showcasing explosive speed and physicality in the ground game. He also added a catch for 15 yards.
His scoring plays included a 1-yard plunge in the first quarter, a 3-yard run in the third, and a 25-yard burst in the fourth that capped Carroll’s offensive onslaught. Breckheimer averaged 10.8 yards per carry, consistently breaking through the Elmhurst defense and setting the tone for a rushing attack that totaled 316 yards.
