As you browse the Carroll University Athletics website, you will find that Pioneers Athletics is completely dedicated to the health, welfare, personal and athletic development and success of the student-athletes in our programs. A quality collegiate athletic experience begins with excellence in coaching, conference and national affiliation and competition, facilities, and administrative support... all of which are present within our programs. This webpage has been assembled as an aid to assist Carroll student-athletes by providing access to important information and forms which must be submitted in order to participate in intercollegiate athletics.
To that end, we have posted the necessary documents that you as a Pioneer student-athlete must be aware of. You must review, complete and submit each of these documents in order to practice and/or compete in our program, and it is your responsibility to be sure this information is provided to us in a timely fashion. Failure to complete and submit these forms will cause a delay in your ability to practice and/or compete. The links below will take you to the information and forms for which you are responsible for their completion and submission annually. These forms include mandatory NCAA documents as well as important Carroll documents.
