Mannon Stern delivered a statement performance at the Ripon vs. Carroll vs. Lawrence double dual. Stern won the 1000-yard freestyle in 11:57.48 to secure crucial team points, then came back for a runner-up finish in the 500 free at 5:41.71, showcasing endurance and pace control across both distance events.
