Freshman Jenna Weis, from Burlington, Wis., delivered an exceptional weekend for Carroll women’s track & field, playing a key role in the Pioneers’ team title at the Beloit Invitational while producing record-setting and nationally ranked performances.

Weis set a facility record in the pole vault at Beloit, clearing 3.70 meters to win the event and establish a new lifetime personal best. That mark currently ranks 16th nationally, placing her among the top vaulters in NCAA Division III. She followed up the vault performance by also capturing first place in the women’s 200 meters, capping a dominant all-around day at Beloit.

Across the weekend, Weis contributed to Carroll’s momentum with additional strong performances and continued development, helping the Pioneers combine for 76 personal bests across the two meets. Her ability to excel in both field and sprint events underscored her versatility and immediate impact during the outdoor season.
