WAUKESHA, Wis. - Senior forward/midfielder
Sabrina Georgeff (Naperville, Ill.) scored the winning goal at the 81:20 mark as the Carroll University women's soccer team outlasted Northland College 1-0 in a tough, physical nonconference game at Schneider Stadium on Friday night.
It was the first home-field victory of the season for Carroll, which won its second straight to improve to 3-1 overall.

Delaney Pruitt (Ringwood, Ill.) delivered a strong corner kick toward the middle of the goalie's box.
Moments later, Georgeff quickly established position inside and finished by tapping the ball into the back of the net.
The Pioneers outshot Northland 19-0 in the showdown, maintaining a dominant 15-0 shot-on-goal advantage.
