Carroll Hires Jack Feye as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach

WAUKESHA, Wis. – Carroll University Athletics has announced the hiring of Jack Feye as its first Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, a newly created position designed to enhance the development, performance, and overall student-athlete experience for Pioneer Athletics.

In his role, Feye will lead all aspects of strength and conditioning for Carroll's 23 varsity athletic programs, overseeing performance training, injury prevention initiatives, and the continued development of Pioneer student-athletes.

Feye joins Carroll after spending the past two years as Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Bemidji State University. There, he directed all aspects of training for the men's and women's basketball, volleyball, soccer, tennis, and golf programs while assisting with football, baseball, and softball.

During his time with the Beavers, several programs achieved historic success, including multiple NCAA Tournament appearances and a program-best regular season record by the women's soccer team. Bemidji State tennis also recorded the best start in program history, while the football team made its deepest postseason run, advancing to the NCAA Division II quarterfinals.

Prior to Bemidji State, Feye served as a Graduate Assistant Strength and Performance Coach at the University of Nebraska Omaha while earning a master's degree in Health and Kinesiology. In that role, he designed and implemented training programs for men's and women's soccer, men's and women's swimming and diving, and men's and women's tennis. During his tenure, Omaha men's soccer captured a Summit League Championship, while several Maverick programs achieved significant competitive success.

Feye also gained experience at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he served as a Strength and Conditioning Intern from May through August 2023. While in Madison, he assisted with training across all Olympic sports, with a focus on basketball and hockey.

Before his time at Wisconsin, Feye worked as a Clinical Strength and Conditioning Student at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, assisting with the development of collegiate student-athletes as well as athletes at Kaukauna High School while completing his bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science.

A certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Feye also holds an RPR Level 1 certification.

A native of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, Feye served five years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps following high school graduation. During his military service, he worked as a Signals Intelligence Operator and completed a deployment with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit.

Feye's addition marks a significant investment in the continued growth of Carroll Athletics, providing dedicated strength and conditioning support for all Pioneer student-athletes while further enhancing the department's commitment to competitive excellence and student-athlete development.
