2021: Outdoor:  CCIW all-conference in the long jump...recorded three season-best including in the high jump with a height of 1.30 meters, and in the 4x400 with a time of 4:24.86, and in the 4x100 with a time of 53.70 at the Carroll University Pioneer Invite on 4/10/21…recorded a personal-best in the heptathlon with a score of 3482 at the Warhawk Invitational on 4/16/21…recorded two personal-bests including in the 100 hurdles with a time of 17.92 and in the long jump with a distance of 5.08 meters at the St. Norbert Invitational on 4/23/21…recorded a seasonal-best in the javelin throw with a distance of 28.55 meters at the Don Church Invitational on 4/30/21

2021: Indoor: Recorded a season-best in the high jump with a height of 1.30 meters at the Carthage Triangular #1 on 1/30/21…Recorded two season-best including in the shot put with a distance of 8.49 meters and with a time of 2:54.85 in the 800-meter at the Carthage Multi Meet on 02/19,20/21…Recorded two season-best including in the 55-meter hurdles with a time of 10.15 and in the 4x400 with a time of 4:37.23 at the Carthage Triangular #3 on 02/13/21…Recorded a season-best in the pole vault with a height of 2.95 meters at the Carthage Triangular #4 on 02/27/21…Recorded a personal-best in the long jump with a distance of 5.04 meters at the Carthage Firebird Finale on 03/06/21.

Personal: Majoring in exercise science with pre-PA...high school accomplishments include four year varsity on cross country and track and field and team captain, three time state qualifier in 4x100 relay, two time state qualifier in pole vault....hobbies include being outdoors, hanging out with friends, and eating ice cream...favorite TV shows are the Bachelor/Bachelorette...chose Carroll because of the smaller class sizes, and the at home feeling campus offered.
