Outdoor: CCIW all-conference in the 5000 meter and 10,000 meter...finished with a season-best time of 4:08.10 in the 1500 meter at the St. Norbert Invitational on 4/23/22...recorded a season-best time of 31:21.46 in the 10,000 race at the 2022 CCIW Outdoor Championships 5/6-5/7...finished with a personal best time of 14:49.90 in the 5000 meter run at the St. Francis Fighting Chance Invite 5/13-5/14

2021: Outdoor: CCIW Champion in the 10,000 meter... recorded a season-best in the 5000-meter with a time of 15:20.35 at the Carroll University Pioneer Invite on 4/10/21…recorded a personal-best in the 1500 meter with a time of 4:02.61 at the Wheaton Invitational on 4/17/21…recorded a personal-best in the 10,000 meter with a time of 30:56.03 at the 54th Annual Hillsdale College “GINA” Relays on 4/22/21…

2021: Indoor: Recorded a personal-best in the 5000-meter with a time of 15:11.98 in the Carthage Triangular #1 on 01/30/21...Recorded both a season and personal-best at the Carthage Triangular #3 including the season-best 4x400 meter with a time of 3:32.62 and the personal-best mile with a time of 4:25.83 on 02/13/21...Recorded a season-best in the 3000-meter with a time of 8:53.18 at the Carthage Firebird Finale on 03/06/21...Recorded two season-bests at the CCIW Elite including a time of 10:35.30 in the DMR and a time of 15:27.05 in the 5000-meter on 03/13/21.

Personal: Majoring in exercise science...high school accomplishments include two-time homeschooled state champion, 2x3200 m regional champion, Team MVP, NEWCHAA cross country MVP...hobbies include being outdoors, eating, reading, listening to music, hanging out with friends...chose Carroll for the direct admit physical therapy program.
