Cayleel Hill will enter his first year coaching as an assistant coach with the Pioneers’ football program in 2019. Hill will be working with the cornerbacks. Prior to joining the Pioneers, Hill attended Trine University where he was a three-year starter, playing cornerback. Hill was a part of the back-to-back undefeated conference championship (MIAA) teams at Trine during the 2017 & 2018 seasons. Both teams made playoff appearances with the 2017 team reaching the sweet 16. In both years, Hill was named to the MIAA First-team All-Conference teams. Following his playing career, Hill worked as a coaching intern for Trine in the spring with the cornerbacks and safeties. Hill is a Baltimore, Maryland native where he attended Owings Mills High School and played cornerback for the Golden Eagles.
