Jake Bunofsky joined the Carroll University football coaching staff in July of 2022. The 2024 season is Bunofsky's third with the Pioneers, where he has been tasked with coaching the cornerbacks.
Bunofsky graduated from John Carroll University in 2022 with a bachelor of finance from the Boler College of Business. Bunofsky was a member of the Blue Streaks football team for four seasons, playing safety and cornerback. Bunofsky appeared in 26 games and earned a varsity letter in all four seasons. He recorded 31 total tackles, three interceptions (one for a touchdown), and six pass breakups in his time at JCU.
After his senior season, Bunofsky volunteered with the JCU coaching staff to help coach defensive backs during spring ball.
Bunofsky is an MBA candidate at Carroll University.
