Mitch Chester begins his first season on the Pioneer football staff in 2015. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point earning a degree in mathematics with a minor in coaching. Chester, a captain and defensive end for the Pointers, earned all-conference honors in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference for the 2013 season. During the 2014 season, he was a Student Assistant Defensive Line Coach for UW – Stevens Point, which produced one All-American and two all-conference players.
