Parker Zitzke joined the Carroll University coaching staff in 2019 as an assistant. Zitzke will be coaching the receivers throughout the 2019 season, and spent the past summer playing and also coaching for the Wurzburg Panthers, a professional American football team in Germany. A Waukesha native, and graduate of Waukesha North High School, Zitzke spent the past four years at Carroll University, where he started for four years at the slot receiver position for the Pioneers. Playing on the first three teams to re-join the CCIW, Zitzke found success as a consistent and reliable target for his quarterbacks, leading the conference in catches his Junior year.  A proud Alumni, Zitzke looks forward to continuing to build the football tradition at Carroll University as a coach.
