Riley Hill became the offensive line coach at Carroll University in 2015. In addition to his role with the Carroll football program, Hill is also a strength and conditioning coach in the athletic department.
 
Hill joined the Pioneers staff after a successful two-year stint at the College of St. Scholastica where he also coached the offensive line and worked in strength and conditioning.
 
During his time at St. Scholastica, the team compiled a regular season record of 19-1 while winning two Upper Midwest Athletic Conference championships as well as berths to the NCAA playoffs. Hill’s troops earned four All-UMAC honors and two Lineman of the Year awards.
 
The Jacksonville, Fla. native began his coaching career at Utica College in New York. He spent two seasons at Utica, coaching wide receivers and special teams while also taking on the role of junior varsity offensive coordinator and academic coordinator. Under his tutelage, Hill coached an All-American, a league Player of the Year and two All-Region selections.
 
Hill had a standout playing career at LaGrange College in Georgia. As a wide receiver for the Panthers, he was part of the 2008 squad that won the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference championship and advanced to the NCAA playoffs.

Hill graduated from LaGrange in 2012 with a degree in political science. Riley and his wife Brittany reside in Milwaukee.
