Dave Andrews resigned from the position of head wo men's golf coach in October 2019. He spent nine total years at Carroll as the head women's golf coach, and previously the head men's golf coach.
Dave Andrews returns for his third consecutive season as the women's head golf coach, but his ninth season overall at Carroll. Andrews has held a coaching job previously for Carroll, as he was the head golf coach for both the men and women from 2006 to 2011.
In his return, Andrews has coached a CCIW all-conference selection, an all-tournament selection, and has helped the Pioneers achieve a top ten finish, including a 6th place, and 7th place finish at the CCIW tournaments.
In his first stint with the Pioneers, Andrews lead both the men and women to successes never before accomplished at Carroll. He led the women's team to their first ever Midwest Conference Championship and an appearance in the national tournament in 2009. He also led the men to their first ever Midwest Conference Championship and national tournament appearance in 2011.
Before his time with Carroll, Dave Andrews was the head girls golf coach for the Waukesha high schools. During his time there he led them to two conference championships and a third place finish in state in 2005. Andrews also has experience as a golf professional, with previous employment at Merrill Hills Country Club and Bulls Eye Country Club.
After leaving Carroll in 2011, Andrews accepted a full time position at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon where he was once again able to turn a struggling program around. In his last few seasons with Lewis & Clark, he was able to get his team to their best conference finish in recent history.
