Jo Ueland enters her first season as an assistant coach for the Pioneers women’s soccer program in 2026.

A graduate of Carroll University, Ueland earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration. Originally from Voeyenenga, Norway, she was a four-year member of the Pioneers women’s soccer team from 2021–2024.

During her playing career, Ueland made 58 starts and logged over 4,000 minutes in a Carroll uniform. Her extensive experience on the field provides her with a strong foundation as she transitions into coaching, where she brings a unique perspective and deep understanding of the program to the Pioneers.
