Courtney Ermisch made the transition to Assistant Women's Bowling Coach at Carroll University for the 2024-25 school year, after a four-year stint as the program's first-ever head coach.
Prior to arriving at Carroll, Ermisch served as the assistant coach of the women’s bowling program at Judson University in Elgin, Ill., where she oversaw compiling statistics for the program, creating team strategies, and motivating student-athletes to help build confidence and learn from the weak areas of their game.
Ermisch had experience with athletic departments before her time at Judson, as she was an assistant to the athletic department at her Alma Mater Robert Morris University. Ermisch was in charge of day to day tasks within the office, including mail, email, credit card logs, and answering questions from student-athletes.
Ermish graduated Summa Cum Laude from Robert Morris University with a Bachelor of Applied Health from Robert Morris University in May of 2019. While attending Robert Morris, Ermisch was a standout collegiate bowler as well. Ermisch won two national titles (2016 and 2019) and was named MVP of the ITC all-tournament team.
