Callahan is in his fourth year as an assistant coach at Carroll University for the 2025-26 school year.
Callahan is a 2021 graduate of Carroll University. As a player for the Pioneers, he rewrote the program's record book during his four years, graduating with school records for career doubles (35), RBI (110), and home runs (22), while ranking in the top 10 for hits (172), triples (6), runs scored (101), and slugging percentage (.553).
