Rangel helped Carroll win their first two games of the season at the Cornell Classic over the weekend. The junior guard was the leading scorer in both games, which each resulted in a 29-point Pioneer victory, en route to being named to the All-Tournament Team. Rangel finished the week with averages of 24.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, five assists, and 2.5 steals per game. She also converted 64 percent (18-28) of her shots, including 44 percent (4-9) from 3-point range, and made 75 percent (9-12) of her free throws.
