Johnson played a key role in Saturday's 49-14 Homecoming victory, rushing for career-highs of 141 yards and three touchdowns on just 13 carries. He finished the game with an average of 10.8 yards per carry, which included a long of 72 yards. The Hazel Crest, Ill. native also caught one pass on the day.
