Eckahelo Simpson led Carroll to a 90-69 victory at Lakeland in the Pios' season-opening game on Friday. Simpson didn't miss a shot from the field all night, going 10-for-10, which included a pair of 3-pointers. He finished the night with game-highs of 24 points and eight rebounds, while also recording three assists and two steals.
