Waukesha, Wis. --  Edward McConnaha won the 100-yard backstroke in a time of 57.83 seconds. Carroll was able to take second in the men's 200-yard freestyle relay with a time of 1 minute, 37.98 seconds. The Pioneers would also take second place in the men 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1 minute, 47.14 seconds. Carroll would ultimately fall to both Lawrence and MSOE in the opening meet with a score of 61-119 & 88-95, respectively.

Noah Biertzer would come in second place in men's 1000-yard freestyle with a 11:42.33 time, as well as a third-place finish in the men 500-yard freestyle.

Anthony Gonzalez would take fifth place in the 200-yard freestyle (2:15.74) and was fifth in the men's 100-yard butterfly (1:08.28).
