WHEATON, Ill. - Carroll's women's tennis team dropped a conference match to Wheaton College Friday evening, falling by a score of 8-1.
The Pioneers lost all six singles matches, with their only team point coming at number three doubles. At that flight,
Maya Gaedtke and
Katherine Trifilio teamed up to defeat Alexandra Wachs and Tatum Thurstone by a score of 8-6.
Carroll will be in action again on Sunday when they'll host UW-La Crosse. That non-conference match will begin at 11 a.m. at Heyer Park in Waukesha, Wis.
