WAUKESHA, Wis. - Carroll's men's tennis team improved to 3-0 during their Fall season Thursday afternoon, defeating Wisconsin Lutheran by a score of 9-0. The Pioneers won all six singles matches, while also winning their three doubles matches by a combined score of 24-5.

Adrian Gomez and Daniel Ezcurra teamed up to win at number one doubles, 8-2, while Ryan LaBelle and Andrew LaBelle won their second flight match by an identical 8-2 score. David Eman and Jack McCaffery also won at the number three flight, 8-1.

In singles play, Gomez won at the top flight, 6-0, 6-1, while Ezcurra won his number two match 6-2, 6-2. Andrew LaBelle and Ryan LaBelle were victorious at the third and fourth flights by scores of 6-1, 6-2 and 7-5, 6-2, respectively. McCaffery added a 6-1, 6-1 win at the fifth flight, while Eman won 6-0, 6-1 at flight number six.

The Pioneers will finish their 2023 Fall season from September 29-October 1 when they'll compete in the ITA Midwest Regional in St. Peter, Minn.
