FOND DU LAC, Wis. - Carroll's men's golf team competed against St. Norbert College Thursday afternoon, in the teams' annual Hatchet Match, which is a match play format, held at Rolling Meadows Golf Course.

The Pioneers fell 3-1 in the Hatchet Match, which marks the fourth consecutive win for the Green Knights, in the annual competition.

Match 1 
Mathias Werring (75) and Grant Naumann (78) (Carroll) defeated Jack Corbett (81) and John Wysocky (81) (St. Norbert) by a score of 4-3.

Christian Wagner (68) and Troy Watt (74) (St. Norbert) defeated Drew Esveldt (78) and Miguel Albero (93) (Carroll) by a score of 4-2.
 
Match 3
Dawson Fish (69) and Jacob Warpinski (79) (St. Norbert) defeated Charlie Krall (76) and Wider Voss (76) (Carroll) by a score of 3-2.
 
Match 4
Nathan Thomson (72) and Conner Krach (71) (St. Norbert) defeated Ben Book (78) and Carter Morrison (77) (Carroll) by a score of 6-5.
