2022: Indoor: Ran a season best 800 in 2:18.40 at the Red Hawk opener on 1/22/22....had a season-best mile time of 5:02.26 at the UWO Titan Challenge on 2/19/22...was a member of a 4x400 team with a season-best 3:55.04 at the North Central College Heenan Invite on 2/12/22
Outdoor: Recorded a personal-best 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:26.09...finished with a season-best 1500 time of 4:44.90 at the St. Norbert Invitational on 4/23/22...had a personal-best time of 1:06.69 in the 400-meter hurdles at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative on 4/29/22

2021: Outdoor: Recorded a season-best in the 4x400-meter with a time of 3:37.26 at the Carroll University Pioneer Invite on 4/10/21…recorded a personal-best in the 1500-meter with a time of 4:38.46 at the Wheaton Invitational on 4/17/21…recorded a season-best in the 800-meter with a time of 2:14.44 at the Don Church Invitational on 4/30/21…

2021: Indoor: Recorded two season-best times at the Carthage Triangular #1 including in the DMR with a time of 11:45.57 and in the mile with a time of 5:09.02 on 1/30/21…Recorded a personal-best in the 800-meter with a time of 2:14.10 at the Carthage Firebird Finale on 03/06/21.

Personal: Majoring in biology...high school athletic accomplishments include varsity team captain, track regional champions for 4x800 relay, and first ever student athlete of the month...hobbies include hanging out with friends, going to church, running, and looking at memes...favorite TV show is Stranger Things...chose Carroll because he loved the campus, the team and the food here.
