Outdoor: All-conference in the 4x400 with a time of 3:18.26...Recorded a season-best time in the 800 with a 1:59.94 at the Warrior Invitational on 4/23/22...finished with a personal-best time of 4:01.42 in the 1500 at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative on 4/29/22...finished with a season best time on the 4x400 A relay with a time of 3:16.79 at the Augustana Twilight Qualifer on 5/19/22

2021: Indoor: Recorded a personal-best time in the mile with a time of 4:30.64 including a season-best time in the 4x400 with a time of 3:32.62 at the Carthage Triangular #3 on 02/13/21…Recorded a season-best in the 800-meter with a time of 1:57.96 at the Carthage Firebird Finale on 03/06/21...Recorded a personal-best in the 1500-meter with a time of 4:08.97 at the Carroll Alumni Invitational on 03/27/21.

Personal: Majoring in Physical and Health Administration... High school athletic accomplishments include running cross country and track all four years, three years on varsity for cross country and track, and two years on varsity swim... Hobbies include competing in triathlons, recently qualified for 2020 age group nationals, hiking, and nature... Favorite TV show is Marvel Movies... Chose Carroll because of the family atmosphere, good running team, and strong academics.
