2022: Indoor: Set the school record in the 3000m run with a personal-best time of 8:37.36 at the Aurora Grand Prix on 1/29/22...finished first with a season-best time of 4:30.27 in the mile at the Red Hawk Opener on 1/22/22
Outdoor: finished with a season-best time of 15:50.13 in the 5000m run at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championships 5/6-5/7

2021: Outdoor: CCIW All-Conference in the 3000 meter steeplechase...Recorded a season-best in the 5000-meter with a time of 15:22.63 at the Carroll Alumni Invitational on 3/27/21…recorded a personal-best in the 1500-meter with a time of 4:01.61 at the Wheaton Invitational on 4/17/21…recorded a season-best in the 4x400 with a time of 3:28.68 at the Don Church Invitational on 4/30/21…recorded a personal-best in the 800-meter with a time of 1:59.64 at the CCIW Championships on 5/7/21…recorded a personal-best in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:20.55 at the NCC Dr. Keeler Track & Field Meet-2021 on 5/13/21… 

2021: Indoor: Recorded a personal-best time in the mile with a time of 4:23.80 as well as a season-best in the 4x400 with a time of 3:32.62 in the Carthage Triangular #3 on 02/13/21…Recorded a personal-best time in the 3000-meter run with a time of 8:42.14 at the Carthage Triangular #4 on 02/27/21…Recorded a personal-best in the 5000-meter with a time of 15:04.75 as a well a season-best in the DMR with a time of 10:35.30 at the CCIW Elite Event on 03/13/21.
 
Personal: Majoring in exercise science...high school accomplishments include all-conference selections for cross country and track...hobbies include playing Wii Sports...favorite TV show is Game of Thrones...chose Carroll for the Physical Therapy program.
