2022: Indoor: CCIW All-conference in the weight throw...recorded a season-best throw of 12.34 in the shot put at the Ripon Winter Open and Multi Meet 12/3-12/4...had a personal-best throw of 17.17 meters in the weight throw at the Aurora Grand Prix 1/29/22
Outdoor: National Qualifier in the hammer throw...CCIW All-conference in the hammer...finished with a season-best throw of 32.93 meters in the discus and a season best throw of 11.38 meters in the shot put at the St. Norbert Invite 4/23/22...broke the school record and recorded a personal-best throw of 56.37 meters in the hammer throw at the CCIW Outdoor Championships 5/6-5/7

2021: Outdoor: CCIW all-conference in the hammer throw... Recorded a season-best in the shot put with a distance of12.57 meters at the Carroll University Pioneer Invite on 4/10/21…recorded a personal-best in the discus throw with a distance of 36.72 meters at the St. Norbert Invitational on 4/23/21…set the Carroll record in the hammer throw with a distance of 53.88 meters at the CCIW Championships on 5/7/21… 

2021: Indoor: Recorded a personal-best in the shot put with a distance of 12.66 meters at the Carthage Triangular #4 on 02/27/21...Recorded a personal-best in the weight throw with a distance of 16.68 meters at the CCIW Elite on 03/13/21.
