Baker is in his second season as an assistant coach with the Carroll University baseball team for the 2025-26 school year.
A 2023 graduate of Carroll, Baker earned his bachelor's degree in Sports Administration, with a minor in coaching.
Prior to becoming a coach, Baker played five seasons at Carroll as a third baseman and outfielder. He was a career .282 hitter for the Pioneers, recording 135 hits, including 28 doubles, two triples, and 11 home runs, while driving in 100 runs and scoring 88 more. He also stole 10 bases, while recording a slugging percentage of .418 and an on-base percentage of .364.
Originally from Waukesha, Wis., Baker currently resides in his hometown.
