Craig Mours

Craig Mours is in his 18th season as the head coach of the Pioneers men's tennis program, while he has coached both the men's and women's programs for the last 16 years. Mours returned to his alma mater in 2008 to lead the men's program then was tabbed as the head women's coach following the 2009 season.
 
Mours, a four-year tennis player at Carroll, hails from Wisconsin Rapids, Wis. where he starred at Wisconsin Rapids Assumption High School. He was an Academic All-Midwest Conference honoree at Carroll and graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Graphic Communications with an emphasis in Design and Photography.
 
Mours began his tennis teaching career in 2001 at Sentry World in Stevens Point, Wis., where he was the club's Senior Tennis Professional until 2004. He has been a Tennis Professional at Moorland Park Tennis Center in New Berlin, Wis. since 2008, and also works with the Waukesha Tennis Association as a Senior Instructor. Mours also is a member of the WTA Board of Directors.
 
Since his appointment as Head Coach, Mours has led both Pioneers tennis programs to their most successful periods since the early-1990s. In 2023, Mours led the men's team to a 10-10 record, which was the team's highest win total in five years. He followed that up with a 12-7 record in 2024, which saw Carroll receive a pair of All-Conference selections. Mours has led Carroll's women's team to 12 consecutive seasons of eight wins or more (excluding the COVID-shortened season of 2020-21). During the 2024-25 school year, Mours led both programs to 11 wins, while coaching three players to All-Conference status and seven to Academic All-District honros.

Mours his wife Allison and their son Blake, reside in Pewaukee, Wis.
