Brittany joins the Pioneer coaching staff for her 1st year! She was formerly a graduate assistant at Winona University in Minnesota where she completed her master’s degree in May, 2018.
She is a native of Crystal Lake, IL where she coached for The Lake County Fastpitch Travel team in the summers of 2013, 2014, and 2015.
York is a 2016 graduate of Minnesota State University- Moorhead in Moorhead, Minn., earning an undergraduate degree in Health and Physical Education while minoring in coaching. While at Moorhead she played Softball from 2012-15 starting every game as a catcher (168) in her four years. She was named to the All-Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference first team in 2015 hitting .407 and leading the conference in runners thrown out stealing (12) during conference play.
She will primarily work with the outfielders but brings a wealth of softball experience to all aspects of the team.
