Carroll University Athletics

Prior to beginning her coaching career, Speth-Fowlkes put together a decorated playing career at Delavan-Darien High School before competing collegiately at UIC and IUPUI. At Delavan-Darien, she helped lead the Comets to back-to-back regional championships and a state championship appearance, where she set an all-division state tournament record with 22 strikeouts. She earned numerous honors throughout her high school career, including All-Conference, All-District and All-State recognition, along with Southern Lakes Co-Athlete of the Year honors.

Collegiately, she earned All-Horizon League Second Team and All-Freshman Team honors at UIC before continuing her career at IUPUI, where she threw the only perfect game in the program's Division I history and earned Horizon League Pitcher of the Week honors.

She began her coaching career at Edgerton High School as a varsity assistant before being named head coach in 2026.
