Jessi Spaight finished her graduate assistant role with the Carroll University men's and women's golf programs in December of 2022. Spaight graduated from Carroll with a masters degree in December of 2022.
Spaight graduated from Lakeland University in December 2018 with a double major in Marketing and Business Administration and an emphasis in Sports Management and Leadership. At Lakeland, Jessi was a 4x receiver of the NACC scholar-athlete award, an all-conference golfer (NACC 2017), contributor to 8 of the top 10 lowest team scores in school history, tied for 10th lowest individual round in school history, recipient of the Ellen J Kregel Athletic Award (2018), and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Spaight is originally from East Troy, WI, where she graduated from East Troy High School in 2015 as a 2x WIAA individual sectional qualifier in golf, team captain in both basketball and golf, and team MVP for golf.
Spaight served as the graduate assistant coach for the Carroll women's basketball team from 2019-2020.
