Brooke Foster is in her third year as the Carroll Women's Basketball Strength & Conditioning Coach, and in her second year as the Graduate Manager, for the 2025-26 season.
No stranger to Carroll, Foster played four years for the Pioneers, graduating from Carroll with her Bachelor's Degree in 2023. The Racine, Wis. native appeared in 88 games during her career with the Pios, averaging 7.6 points, 2.5 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 1.4 steals per game. She also shot 36 percent from the field, including 31 percent from 3-point range, while converting 82 percent of her free throws. Her 114 career 3-pointers currently rank fifth in program history.
Foster is currently enrolled in Carroll's Masters of Science for Sports Physiology & Performance Coaching program.
