The 2024 season will be Bill Paquin's eighth as an assistant coach for Carroll's women's lacrosse team. A defensive-minded coach, Paquin also served as the Head Girls Lacrosse Coach at Waukesha West High School from 2013-19.
Originally from Fond du Lac, Wis., Paquin earned his bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from UW-Oshkosh in 1988, before going on to earn his Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Marquette University in 1996.
Paquin currently resides in Waukesha with his wife Jan. They have two children, Zach, and Lauren, who is a Graduate Assistant at Carroll, coaching lacrosse. Paquin also serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Suzys Cream Cheescakes in the greater Milwaukee Area.
