Becker graduated from Lewis University with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Environmental Science. Becker was a setter for the Flyers volleyball program from 2014 to 2018 where she was recognized as a three-time D-II All-American and team captain while recording 4,774 assists setting the All-Time Assist record. After the NCAA, Becker went to Durham University in Durham, pursue a Master's degree in International Relations while playing for the collegiate and professional team. The team won the BUCS championship, the England Cup, and League. The following season Becker played another professional season in Austria for UVC Graz where her team came in second in the European Cup and second in the Austrian Bundesliga. She's coached youth through professional levels and is very excited to help put the Pioneers in a position to be successful.
