Anna Averkamp is in her second year as Carroll University's Graduate Assistant Volleyball Coach for the 2024 season.
Prior to coming to Carroll, Averkamp played five years of volleyball at Bemidji State University in Bemidji, Minn., where she earned her B.S. in Design in 2022. While at Bemidji State, Averkamp accumulated 763 career kills as an outside hitter, which ranks fourth in program history. That was in addition to 193 digs and 102 total blocks.
Averkamp began her coaching career by coaching Club Volleyball for Bemidji JO in 2019-20. She also served as an Assistant Coach for Bemidji State in the Spring of 2022, working specifically with pin hitters and defense.
Averkamp currently resides in her hometown of Germantown, Wis.
