Lindsey Diep began her collegiate athletic journey at the College of Lake County, where she played as a setter for two seasons from 2020 to 2021. During her time there, she earned recognition as a Second Team All-Conference player in 2020 and demonstrated strong leadership as the team captain.

In 2022, Diep transferred to Carroll University, where she continued her volleyball career for another two seasons. At Carroll, she expanded her role to include both setter and defensive specialist, while also excelling academically and earning All-Academic honors. For her final semester, Diep is taking on the role of student coach, looking to gain valuable experience in coaching and team management.

Alongside her collegiate career, Diep has been deeply involved in coaching at the club level for four years. She has contributed significantly to the Juniors program, with two years each coaching IJV teams (14s and 15s) and MJV teams (15s).Â

Diep is set to graduate in December with a degree in psychology and plans to pursue a master’s degree in sports or school psychology the following year.
