Head coach Stein Rear was please with his team's start in the Midwest Conference, "This weekend was a great test for our guys. We are in a situation where we control our own destiny. To enter the final two weekends of conference play and not have to rely on someone to beat the teams in front of you is a great opportunity for us, It doesn't get any easier from here out we have to play well as Ripon and St. Norbert traditionally have dominated the Northern Division of the MWC, our guys are excited about the opportunity to prove themselves."
Carroll will host St. Norbert College on Saturday, first pitch scheduled for 1pm at Frame Park. The Pioneers will then travel to DePere on Sunday to face St. Norbert in a double header starting at 1pm.
