MADISON, Wis. - The Carroll University women's volleyball team lost to Edgewood College 21-25, 25-18, 25-21, 25-18 in a four-set nonconference dual meet Friday.
Junior outside hitter Dana Voltolina (St. Charles, Ill.) had a team-high 14 kills and freshman middle blocker Erika Dunnam (Shawano, Wis.) had nine kills for Carroll, which dropped to 6-15 overall.
Freshman outside hitter Cassidy Mrotek (Manitowoc, Wis.) followed with eight kills and 17 digs for the Pioneers. Sophomore outside hitter Amanda Hahn (Itasca, Ill.) contributed seven kills, sophomore libero Rachel Harn (Freeport, Ill.) had three service aces and 15 digs with freshman setter Emma Przeslicke (Evergreen Park, Ill.) adding 22 saves.
Senior outside hitter Elizabeth Evans had 13 kills and 15 digs for Edgewood, which improved to 11-10 overall.
