WHEATON, Ill. - The Carroll University women's track and field team placed sixth at the Wheaton Twilight Invitational (held at McCully Stadium) on Saturday afternoon.
The Pioneers were competing with a split squad over the weekend.
Individuals responding with top-10 finishes for Carroll were:
Jessica Mueller, third in pole vault (3.20m);
Alli Spitzer, fourth in 1,500-meter run (4:55.08);
Elisa Weier, seventh in long jump (4.42m) and 10th in pole vault (2.30m);
Abby Brinkman, 10th in 1,500 (5:14.10),
Sydney Halversen, 10th in high jump (1.52m) and
Aliee Hogan, 10th in the 5,000 (22:20.47).
