ST. LOUIS, Missouri - The Carroll University women's volleyball team went 0-2 in the final day of competition at the Bear Invitational (hosted by Washington University in St. Louis) on Saturday.
The Pioneers, 1-4 overall this season, lost to Centre College in five sets 25-23, 13-25, 23-25, 25-19, 15-10 in the third round and concluded the day with a 25-15, 25-12, 25-17 loss to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Cathleen Flannery each contributed a team-high 10 kills lead Carroll in the battle versus Centre College.
Emily Konop followed with two service aces and 14 digs,
Sofia Camacho registered six blocks and
Emily Schliesman added 44 assists.
The Pioneers finished with 52 kills, 51 assists, 94 digs, nine blocks and four aces.
Brooke Palmer finished with a team-high 19 kills for Centre, which outlasted Carroll 15-10 in the decisive final set.

Katie Jensen had five kills and Frost added four kills in the loss to UW-Eau Claire.
Kloe Longtin had eight digs and Schliesman added seven assists for the Pioneers. who finished 0-4 in the invite.
