WAUKESHA, Wis. - The Carroll University women's volleyball team went 0-2 in its own challenging triangular at Van Male Field House on Saturday, falling in the opener to College Conference of Illinois-Wisconsin rival North Park University 25-16, 25-9, 25-20 and suffering a four-set loss to No. 16-ranked University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point 25-22, 23-25, 25-19, 25-13.
Carroll dropped to 1-5 in conference and 9-12 overall.

Ashley Konecki and
Grace Perret each finished with four kills in the opener versus high-powered CCIW foe North Park.
Kaitlin Gawelski followed with three kills and three blocks for Carroll, which generated a combined three-set total of 16 kills and committed an uncharacteristic 16 errors.
Caitlin Laird contributed two service aces,
Alianiz Rivera-Rosado had seven digs with
Cora Riffle adding two aces and 10 assists.
North Park improved to 3-2 in conference and 16-5 overall.
vs. UW-Steven's Point
Peyton Frost contributed a team-high 13 kills in the finale against UW-Stevens Point, ranked No. 16 in the nation in NCAA Division III.
It was the fourth, four-set loss of the season for Carroll.
Perret followed with nine kills, 10 digs and two aces for the Pioneers, who demonstrated their progress by generating 14 kills with only four errors and .263 hitting percentage in the opening set.
Konecki finished with six kills and one ace for Carroll, which had 42 kills, seven aces, 53 digs and 37 assists.
Laird registered four aces,
Maggie McGough had 11 digs with Riffle adding 10 digs and 18 assists.
UW-Stevens Point improved to 17-4 overall.
