BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – The Carroll University men's lacrosse team played its last road game of the 2022 season at Illinois Wesleyan on Saturday afternoon. Carroll suffered defeat by the score of 0-27.
Spencer Lautner collected three ground balls and caused two turnovers.
The Pioneers (1-9, 0-5 CCIW) were only able to record two shots against the reigning CCIW Champions.
Cole Faust tallied 17 saves in the cage, including 11 in the second half. Carroll gathered at least three ground balls per quarter as well.
The Pios will close out the regular season at home and will celebrate their senior class against Carthage on April 30.
