BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Carroll University women's volleyball team was swept by Illinois Wesleyan University 25-14, 25-12, 25-17 in a College Conference of Illinois-Wisconsin dual meet at the Shirk Center on Wednesday night.
It was the conference opener for Carroll, which suffered its third consecutive loss and dropped to 4-5 overall.
Grace Perret contributed a team-high eight kills, eight digs, two assists and one block for Carroll, which amassed 22 kills, three blocks, 21 assists and 56 digs.
Jadyn Holman followed with five kills with
Rebekah Andreae collecting four kills and one block for the Pioneers, who committed 21 errors.
Ashley Konecki finished with two blocks,
Lindsey Diep had nine assists and
Maggie McGough added 21 assists.
Taylor French finished with a meet-best 15 kills, 12 digs and three aces for Illinois Wesleyan, which improved to 6-2 overall.
