WAUKESHA, Wis. - The Carroll University women's swimming and diving team defeated Ripon College 132-71 in a nonconference dual meet at Van Male Natatorium on Friday evening.
It was the fourth consecutive dual-meet victory for high-powered Carroll, which generated a season-high point total and improved to 4-1 overall with the dominant effort.
Kailee Sitter, a sophomore from Janesville, Wis., won the 200-yard individual medley (2:26.30) and was second in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:20.08) to head the list of top individual performances for the Pioneers, who captured nine events in the matchup of former longtime Midwest Conference rivals.
Other individual winners for Carroll were:

Anina Lee, 50 freestyle (26.83);
Nicole Johnson, 100 butterfly (1:02.97);
Kaya Martin, 100 freestyle (58.54);

Carroll's 200 medley relay (consisting of
Morgan Toupal,
Brooke Wills,
Nicole Johnson and
Josie Peterson) finished in a winning time of 1:57.87 and the 200 freestyle relay (comprised of
Josie Peterson,
Halle Peterson,
Anina Lee and
Kara Loy) added a victory, finishing in 1:44.73.
