NEW BERLIN, Wis. - The Carroll University men's tennis team deferated Concordia University Wisconsin 7-2 in a nonconference dual meet at the Princeton Club on Friday night.
It was the sixth dual-meet victory of the season for Carroll, which improved to 6-1 overall.
The Pioneers captured five of six matches in the singles flight.
Andrew LaBelle (No. 1),
Ryan LaBelle (No. 2),
David Eman (No. 3),
Jack McCaffery (No. 4) and
Layton Carls (No. 6) each won in singles for Carroll.
It was the sixth consecutive individual victory for Eman, a freshman from Harnosand, Sweden, who remained undefeated in dual competition with a team-best 6-0 record and improved to 6-2 overall.
Eman defeated CUW's Dylan Nadolski in straight sets 6-2, 6-1.
The Pioneers' No. 2 doubles team of Eman and McCaffery won 8-1 with the No. 3 tandem of Carls and
Luke Barter adding an 8-3 decision.
Eman and McCaffery have won seven straight duals to remain undefeated with a 6-0 record and improve to 7-1 overall.
