LAKE GENEVA, Wis. – DCarroll's men's tennis team played their second match in as many days Saturday afternoon, falling to a tough UW-Whitewater team by a score of 7-0.
In doubles play Carroll (3-2) fell in all three matches, dropping the lone doubles point to the Warhawks (2-0).
At number one singles
Adrian Gomez battled senior Reuben Giorgio. Despite his best-efforts, Gomez fell in heartbreaking fashion, 3-6 6-3 (7-10). Similarly, Andrew Labelle fell to Andrew Dumbauld 6-4, 3-6 (2-10).
Carroll will be back in action on February 9 against Carleton at 8:30 a.m. in Elkhorn, Wis.
